Free ground shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental US. Offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Available shipping methods within the continental US:
Standard - $9 (2-7 business days in transit.)
Expedited - $25 (2 business days in transit.)
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico - $28 (2 - 3 business days in transit.)
Orders are shipped Mon-Fri excluding holidays. Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delay within 24 hours of your order. If we are having a piece custom made for you, please see your order notification for your wait time. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us (email@example.com) and we will do our absolute best to make it so!
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of receipt. Include your original receipt. Please allow 5 - 7 days for us to process your return.
Sale items, special orders, and custom jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition. Please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) before ordering if you are unsure.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake.

We recommend shipping all items through UPS or FedEx. We are not responsible for lost packages and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
